Returns Policy
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the Items/s to us in order to be refunded provided that:
- You notify us of your wish to return the Item/s within 7 days of the date of delivery thereof;
- The Item/s is in its original condition and is returned in or with its original packaging;
- The Item/s has not been used or worn; and
- If the Item/s is/are underwear, swimwear or "specifically marked items" then the Item/s must have remained in the original packaging (this protects the hygiene interests of all our customers as items are returned to stock).
- If you wish to return an Item/s to us you will need to follow the electronic returns process available on the site.
- Once confirmed with us, you may send the Item/s to: Life by André Martin; ABC House; 176 Voortrekker Street; Jacobs; Durban; 4052
- Life by André Martin accepts returns via courier only. We will not collect parcels from the Post Office, Postnet or other collection services.
- All delivery charges incurred for returns is at the cost of the customer.
- On request, our Customer Care Centre can assist you with getting a quote from a courier company on your behalf and advise you of the delivery charge.
- There are No Returns on SALE items.
- If you have paid via Payfast, the refund will be processed automatically.
- If you have paid via Bank Deposit/EFT, we will contact you for your banking details.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the Item/s
Can I exchange an item?
- If you have changed your mind or would prefer an alternative size, colour or item you will be required to place a new order while we process your return.
